Late Coming

Record will be held of all learners coming late in the morning
Warnings will be given and if late coming continues, 2 day and 5 day suspensions can be given

School Attendance

In case of absence due to illness parents must inform the register teacher in writing;
A medical certificate is required for absence during an examination or a test;
No learner may leave the school premises during school hours, unless;

The parent/guardian personally collects the learner at the office;
The parent/guardian must sign the learner out, after permission is granted.

Clothing bank at school

There is limited stock of secondhand school clothes. The office must first determine if parents are eligible to receive secondhand clothes.

Learner’s Council

The Learner Council of Keurhof School together with the teachers are responsible for general school discipline. It consist of twelve boys and ten girls in the Year 4 group. They are ambassadors of the school during extra mural activities.
