How to apply for Hostel Bursary

Hostel Bursaries:

• R200 registration fee annually to ensure your childs place in the hostel.
• Hostel bursaries application to be completed every year (April to March)and sent back before 31 May each year.
• The form must be completed thoroughly and all proof of income of both parents must be attached.

– A copy of payslip (if you are employed) of both parents
– An affidavit if you are unemployed (both parents)!
– Proof of Guardianship if you are not the biological parents.
– 3 months bank statements.
– ID of Mother and Father

• SAP must complete page 4.

Your child will not be accepted back in the hostel without the complete subsidy forms.

Complete the Hostel Admission form, as well as the Hostel Bursary form and attach the mandatory documents.
