SCHOLAR TRANSPORT
Due to the rising cost of living, Ms. C. du Plessis, together with the parents of learners at Keurhof School, is seeking the most affordable means for their children to attend school and receive quality education.
To achieve this, payment arrangements will be negotiated and structured in line with household income and expenses. A single daily tariff per school day has been identified as the most cost-effective option.
In addition, the first pilot of the national scholar transport programme will commence on 2 February 2026, in accordance with the new policy, to test its applicability and address any potential challenges.
